Delivery

Hampers Only deliver to most cities and towns throughout Australia: same day, next day or in a few days time. Please find detailed information below:

I. SAME DAY SYDNEY & MELBOURNE METRO DELIVERY SERVICE INFO:

  1. Courier delivery fee of $19.50 per hamper is applied at the checkout.
  2. All deliveries are made by 5pm to businesses and by 7pm to residential addresses.
  3. Saturday delivery: available only in Sydney & Melbourne metro locations.
  4. Orders must be placed before 9:00am on the desired day of delivery. (NOTE: Conditions may apply for this as it largely depends on the distance of your desired delivery location)
  5. Any enquiries, please call Hampers Only Call Centre on 1300 767 376 or email service@hampersonly.com.au.
  6. Orders can be placed online 24 hours a days, 7 days a week.

II. NEXT DAY REGIONAL  DELIVERY SERVICE INFO:

  1. Postage & handling fee of $19.50 per hamper is applied at the checkout.
  2. Next Day Regional deliveries are available in selected ACT, NSW, QLD, SA, TAS and VIC locations.
  3. Hampers Only use Australia Post to deliver all Next Day Regional gift hampers.
  4. Saturday or Sunday deliveries are NOT available for Next Day Regional Locations.
  5. Orders must be placed before 3:00 pm to enable delivery the following business day.
  6. Orders placed on Friday before 3pm will be delivered the following Monday, as Australia Post is not operating on Saturdays or Sundays.

  8. Orders can be placed online 24 hours a days, 7 days a week.

III. NATIONWIDE (5 DAYS) RURAL DELIVERY SERVICE INFO:

  1. Postage & handling fee of $19.50 per hamper is applied at the checkout.
  2. Nationwide (rural) deliveries are available for some restricted regional locations in remote WA, QLD, NSW, TAS, VIC and SA.
  3. Hampers Only use Australia Post to deliver all Nationwide Rural gift hampers.
  4. Saturday or Sunday deliveries are NOT available for Nationwide Rural locations.
  5. Orders must be placed at least 3-5 days before the requested delivery date, to allow for the postage and handling.
  6. Please allow approx. 5 days for the package to reach the recipient.
  7. Some of the Australian locations may not be available online. To place your order please call us on 1300 767 376.

FATHER'S DAY DELIVERIES (1-4th Sept 2010) for Sydney and Melbourne Metro:

  1. Courier delivery fee of $19.95 per hamper applies at the checkout.
  2. Same day deliveries for Saturday 4th Sept are accepted if order is placed before 11am on the day (conditions may change on the day).
  3. There are no Sunday 5th Sept 2010 deliveries.

FATHER'S DAY DELIVERIES (1-3rd Sept 2010) for Next Day Regional locations:

  1. Postage and handling delivery fee of $19.95 per hamper applies at the checkout.
  2. Next Day Father's Day deliveries are NOT available on Saturday 4th or Sunday 5th Sept 2010.
  3. In order to ensure your prompt Father's Day delivery in this region, your order must be placed before 4pm, Wednesday 1st Sept 2010. After 1st Sept we may not be able to guarantee that your hamper will arrive during the Father's Day week. The earliest we can guarantee your delivery then will be Tuesday 7th Sept.

FATHER'S DAY DELIVERIES (1-3rd Sept 2010) for Nationwide (Rural) locations:

  1. Postage and handling delivery fee of $19.95 per hamper applies at the checkout.
  2. There are NO Saturday or Sunday deliveries for Fathers Day 2010 weekend in this location.
  3. Last day to place order for Nationwide and Rural locations will be Monday 30th August.
  4. In order to ensure your Father's Day related delivery in this region, your order must be placed before 4pm Monday 30th Aug 2010. After this time we will be unable to guarantee that your hamper will arrive on time for the Father's Day weekend. The earliest we can guarantee your delivery then will be(approximately)Wednesday 8th September 2010.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

I. What is the deadline for placing an order? 
 
SAME DAY DELIVERIES in Sydney and Melbourne metro locations are guaranteed if order is placed before 10:00am (AEST Monday-Saturday). Deliveries are still accepted after 10:00am (AEST), however a private courier may be required. Conditions for delivery and additional courier fees may be applicable. Call 1300 767 376 for further details.

NEXT DAY REGIONAL SERVICE is available in many towns and cities throughout Australia if orders are placed by 3:00pm, day before requested delivery date. Deliveries should reach all business addresses (when both company names and contact numbers have been provided) by 5:00pm (AEST) and residential addresses any time on the day up to 7:00pm.


II.  What if the recipient is not home upon delivery? 

Hampers dispatched with our couriers will be left at the recipient’s front or back door, if:

  • Requested to do so by the sender; or
  • If our experienced couriers deem it safe to do so

If it is not safe to leave hamper at the door:

  • Calling card will be left on recipient's door or in their letterbox asking them to call Hampers Only and arrange a convenient time for re-delivery (charges may occur for re-delivery). This applies only to the courier deliveries.
  • In case of a Next Day Regional delivery handled by Australia Post, hamper will be returned to the nearest Post Office and a delivery notice placed in the recipients mailbox.
     

III.  What happens if I supply the wrong address?
 
Please be especially careful when providing delivery details. The more information you can provide the better! If an incorrect address has been supplied, a redirection or redelivery fee of up to $19.50 AUD per hamper will apply.
 
IV.  What if I need to request a delivery time? 

  • Hampers Only offers deliveries to most business addresses by 5:00pm and to residential addresses by 7:00pm (AEST). This delivery service does not guarantee any specific time requests.
  •  Should you wish for a specific timed delivery throughout the day (eg. 1:00pm), this paid service is available but only in Sydney and Melbourne metro locations. Please call 1300 767 376 to arrange time with the Call Centre operator.
  • There are no options for timed deliveries for hampers delivered through Next Day Regional Service locations.

V. What if I want to cancel my order? 

For Sydney & Melbourne Locations:

  • Money will be refunded, less a $15 administrative fee, ONLY IF notice is received by Hampers Only 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date.
  • Cancellations received with less than 24 hours notice will be charged at 50% of the total order value.
  • We are unable to cancel orders that are already prepared and are dispatched with our courier for delivery.

For Next Day Regional (Other Australian) Locations:

  • Money will be refunded, less a $15 administrative fee, ONLY IF notice is received by Hampers Only 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date.
  • No cancellations can be accepted within or less than 24 hours of intended delivery date as your hamper will have already been dispatched and is with Australia Post, ready to be delivered.
