Delivery

Hampers Only deliver to most cities and towns throughout Australia, many next day! We also offer same day delivery to Sydney and Melbourne.

Delivery is made by 5pm to business addresses and by 7pm to residential addresses. For same day deliveries orders must be placed by 9:00am on the desired day.

Delivery Information for Sydney/Melbourne Locations:

  • Delivery Fee $16.50 per hamper.
  • Saturday delivery is available.
  • Orders can be placed online 24 hours a days 7 days a week.

 Monday to Friday - Guaranteed Same Day Delivery (Excluding Public Holidays)

  • GENERALLY, your order must be placed by 9:00am on the desired day of delivery. NOTE: Conditions may apply for this as it largely depends on the distance of your desired delivery location.
  • It is often possible for Hampers Only to still offer same day delivery for orders placed after 9:00am in Sydney and Melbourne, especially if the destination is within close proximity to our nearest location to the point of delivery.

Saturday Deliveries
Hampers Only deliver to Sydney and Melbourne on Saturdays. Please note that your order must be placed by 9:00pm the day before. Some delivery fees may apply.

Delivery Information for Other Australian Locations:

  • Delivery Fee $16.50 per hamper.
  • Next day delivery available to many locations (check website for further details).
  • Orders can be placed online 24 hours a days 7 days a week.

Monday to Friday - Next Day Delivery (Excluding Public Holidays)

  • GENERALLY, your order must be placed by 3:00 pm to enable delivery the following business day.
  • Orders placed on Friday will be delivered the following Monday.
  • No Saturday or Sunday deliveries area available.
  • If you would like to make an enquiry regarding delivery charges or areas covered within our Hampers Only delivery network, please call one of our friendly Gift Consultant’s on 1300 767 376 or contact us via email.

Sunday and Public Holiday Deliveries
Deliveries on Sundays and public holidays are not available. Hampers Only apologises for any inconvenience.

Online orders placed on Saturday and Sunday 
ALL orders placed after 12:00pm on Saturday and at any time of the day on Sunday will be processed the following Monday morning. Any specific information about your delivery will be forwarded to you at that time. When ordering online, please clearly indicate any specific delivery requests in the ‘Special Requirements’ field on the order page.

FAQ's

What is the deadline for placing an order?
 
Deliveries to Sydney and Melbourne are guaranteed same day if order is placed before 09:00am (AEST Monday-Saturday). Deliveries are still accepted after 9:00am (AEST), however a private courier may be required. Conditions for delivery and additional courier fees may be applicable. Call 1300 767 376 for further details.

We also offer a NEXT DAY SERVICE to many towns and cities throughout Australia for orders placed by 3:00pm. We ensure that all deliveries reach business addresses (when both company names and contact numbers have been provided) by 5:00pm (AEST). Residential addresses will arrive at any time in the day up to 7:00pm.

For Gift Vouchers and Gift Boxes, orders must be placed by 12:00pm (AEST) the day prior to delivery.


What if the recipient is not home upon delivery?
 
Should the recipient not be home when your delivery is made, the following may occur:

Hamper will be left at the recipient’s front or back door, if:

a) Requested to do so by the sender; or

b) If our experienced couriers deem it safe to do so

or

a) A calling card will be left on recipient's door or in their letterbox asking them to call Hampers Only and arrange a convenient time for re-delivery (charges may occur for re-delivery).

b) In the case of a delivery outside of Sydney and Melbourne areas, the hamper may be returned to nearest post office and a delivery notice placed in the recipients mailbox.
 
What happens if I supply the wrong address?
 
Please be especially careful when providing delivery details. The more information you can provide the better! If an incorrect address has been supplied, a redirection or redelivery fee of up to $16.50 AUD per hamper will apply.
 
What if I need to request a delivery time?
 
Hampers Only offers a delivery service to most business addresses by 5:00pm and to residential addresses by 7:00pm (AEST). This delivery service does not guarantee any specific time requests.

Should you wish for a specific timed delivery throughout the day (eg. 1:00pm), in Sydney and Melbourne metro areas, a small fee will apply to ensure your delivery requirements are met on time. There are however no options for timed deliveries for Other Australian locations. Further delivery conditions may apply depending on both the time of day your order is placed and distance to your desired destination. What if I want to cancel my order? 
 
Sydney & Melbourne Locations

Should you need to cancel you order, money will be refunded  less a $15 administrative fee, ONLY IF notice is received by Hampers Only 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date. Cancellations received with less than 24 hours notice will be charged at 50% of the total order value. We are unable to cancel orders that are already prepared and are dispatched with our courier for delivery.

Other Australian Locations

Should you need to cancel you order, money will be refunded  less a $15 administrative fee, ONLY IF notice is received by Hampers Only 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date. No cancellations can be accepted within or less than 24 hours of intended delivery date as your hamper will have already been dispatched.
