Returns and Refunds

Cancellation Policy

Sydney Metro Deliveries

Should you need to cancel you order, money will be refunded  less a $30 administrative fee, ONLY IF notice is received by Hampers Only 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date. Cancellations received with less than 24 hours notice will be charged at 50% of the total order value. We are unable to cancel orders that are already prepared and are with our courier for delivery.

Other Australian Deliveries: NSW, ACT, WA, QLD, NT, SA, TAS, Melbourne

Should you need to cancel you order, money will be refunded  less a $30 administrative fee, ONLY IF notice is received by Hampers Only 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date. No cancellations can be accepted within 24 hours of intended delivery date as your hamper will have already been dispatched with Australia Post.

Refunds

At Hampers Only we pride ourselves on the quality of our products and services, however if your gift has been damaged prior to receipt, we will happily replace any damaged items accordingly. For this to occur we simply need you to repack the damaged item and return it to Hampers Only, 57 - 59 Dunning Ave ROSEBERY NSW 2018.

All refunds for orders placed online or over the telephone are credited back  to the original credit card  used to purchase the hamper. Refunds for in-store purchases may be processed through the original credit card for which the order was purchased or by EFTPOS only. A voucher to the same amount paid will be issued for all cash purchases.
