MOTHER’S DAY 2012 DELIVERY DETAILS

HAMPERS ONLY DELIVERIES

  • ADELAIDE – Hampers will be delivered on Friday 11th May. Please place your order by 3pm (EST) Wednesday 9th May. Note: Flower delivery is available on Fri 11th, Sat 12th and Sun 13th May – visit Roses Only.
  • BRISBANE – Hampers will be delivered on Friday 11th May. Please place your order by 3pm (EST) Wednesday 9th May. Note: Flower delivery is available on Fri 11th, Sat 12th and Sun 13th May – visit Roses Only.

  • MELBOURNE – Hampers will be delivered on Friday 11th May. Please place your order by 3pm (EST) Wednesday 9th May. Note: Flower delivery is available on Fri 11th, Sat 12th and Sun 13th May – visit Roses Only.

  • PERTH– Hampers will be delivered on Friday 11h May. Please place your order by 3pm (EST) Monday 7th May. Note: Flower delivery is available on Fri 11th, Sat 12th and Sunday 13th May – visit Roses Only.

  • SYDNEY METRO - Deliveries of all hampers can take place on Friday 11th, Saturday 12th AND same day on Sunday 13th May. Orders should be placed as early as possible.

  • REST OF AUSTRALIA- Hampers will be delivered on Friday 11th May. Please place your order by 3pm (EST) Monday 7th May. Note: Flower delivery is available on Friday 11th, Saturday 12th and Sunday 13th May – visit Roses Only.

PLEASE NOTE: Sunday and Saturday deliveries to regional and Other Than Sydney areas are not guaranteed. Such deliveries are fulfilled Monday - Friday and are being dispatched via Australia Post.

Hampers Only delivers Australia Wide.

Our call centre is open 6.00am to 8.00pm weekdays and 8.00am to 4.00pm Saturdays ( EST Time).

Depending on the delivery location, we can deliver same day, next day or within 3 – 5 days.

Same Day deliveries are only available for Hampers Only products to Sydney metropolitan locations. Wine Only products are only available Next Day or within the standard delivery period (with exception of Wine Only cases of 12 or 6 where we can only deliver within 3-5 working days).

Next Day deliveries are available to Capital Cities and some major regional centres. Check online through the Checkout or give us a call. 

Standard 3 – 5 day deliveries are available for all other locations in Australia.
All Next Day and Standard deliveries are dispatched through Australia Post. Wine Only cases of 6 and 12 are delivered only within Standard 3-5 day delivery frame.

What is the deadline for placing an order?
For Same Day deliveries, place your order before 10:00am ( EST Time).
For Next Day deliveries, place your order the day before by 3.00pm (EST Time).
For Standard deliveries, the latest you can place your order is by 3.00pm, 3 days before your desired delivery date. Please note these deliveries may take 3 – 5 days to arrive (up to a week if delivery is in NT, WA or Outback regional areas).

How much is delivery?
There is a flat $9.95 charge on all Hampers Only and Wine Only deliveries.

Can I select a specific delivery time?
For Same Day Sydney orders, deliveries for business addresses are made anytime up to or before 5pm and deliveries to residential addresses anytime up to or before 7pm.
No guaranteed delivery times are available for Next Day and Standard deliveries, as these are dispatched through Australia Post.

Do you deliver on the weekend?
Saturday deliveries are available for same day Sydney metropolitan orders.
No weekend deliveries are available for all other Australian locations.

Delivering Your Order
At The Only Group, we’re aware that every delivery is unique. To help us send your gift smoothly, during the checkout process you’re required to select an ‘Address Type’ and then further delivery requirements.

Sending to a Business Address?
You need to tell us whether we should -
• Deliver to Reception.
• Drop to Delivery Dock.
• Return to Despatch. Additional charges will apply to resend.

Please check that the recipient will be available on the day up until your selected delivery time. Hampers Only is not responsible for orders not collected by the recipient on the delivery day from either the Mail Room or Reception areas of the business.

Sending to a Residential Address?
You’ll need to tell us whether we should -
• Leave the order by the front door of the house.
• Leave the order by the back door of the house.
• Leave order at foyer/reception of security building or apartment block.
• Return to Despatch. Additional charges will apply to resend the order.

If the courier does not deem it safe to leave the order, a calling card will be left, notifying the recipient to pick up at the local Post Office, or the delivery returned to the Sydney despatch.

A courier may deem a delivery location unsafe if –
• There is no sheltered area to leave the goods away from street or public view
• There is no access to the secure building, unit/apartment or no suitable place to leave the delivery
• The delivery is to a roadside address and the letterbox is not suitable for the parcel

Sending to a Hospital Address?
You’ll need to tell us whether we should -
• Deliver to Reception/Mail Room.
Note that The Roses Only Group accepts no responsibility once the delivery is made to the hospital reception/mail room. 

For deliveries to patients, due to the uncertainty of ward/bed allocations and discharge dates, it is highly recommended the order be sent to a residential address instead.

What happens if I supply the wrong address?
Please be very careful in providing us with correct and up to date information.

If you provide us with an incorrect address and we deliver your order as per your instructions, then we accept no responsibility for the mistake.

If an incorrect address has been supplied, a redirection or redelivery fee of $9.95 AUD per hamper will apply.

Special Event Deliveries – Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and Christmas
Christmas Period – 9th -24th December 2012
Valentine’s Day Period – 13th -14th February 2013
Mother’s Day Period – 11th -14th May 2012

All orders placed during special event periods are final and Roses Only will not accept any changes, amendments or cancellations to orders. Delivery terms and conditions are subject to change during special event periods.
