Refunds

We ask that you please call our Customer Service Department on 1300 767 376 to discuss any queries or concerns you may have in relation to the Hamper/s you have sent or received. A number of resolutions may be available to you and are subject to your particular situation.
Note: All refunds for orders placed online or over the telephone are credited back the original credit card on which the order was purchased. In-store refunds are only processed through our head office and will not be issued in-store. A voucher to the same amount paid will be issued for all cash purchases.

Fraud

Any party engaged in illegal activities involving the use of this website will be subject to civil and criminal sanctions and prosecution. Hampers Only does not guarantee that it will be able to prevent any illegal or inappropriate use of this website, nor that it will give notice of any illegal or inappropriate use of this website.  It is an illegal violation to place orders under a false name, with a fraudulently obtained credit card or without the consent of the cardholder. All persons found to have placed a fraudulent order will be prosecuted.

GST (Goods & Services Tax)

Our products and services attract a Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 10%. All prices advertised are inclusive of all taxes applicable to the respective countries that the product is being delivered in. This is a broad based tax on consumption, which applies to the supply of most goods and services. 

Currency

All prices on hamperssonly.com.au are listed in Australian dollars (AUD).

Product Substitutions

All hamper items are subject to stock availability. If, due to unforseen circumstances, it is neccesary to substitute an item, Hampers Only guarantees that such substitution will be of equal or greater value.

Photography

Please note that for photographic purposes props such as dishes and glasses may have been used. Please refer to fully itemised hamper contents listed on specific product pages for detailed hamper content.

Alcohol

All alcoholic products offered for sale by Hampers Only are NOT available to persons under the age of 18 years.

Refunds

Should you need to cancel your order, money will be refunded less a $15 administrative fee, ONLY IF notice is received by Hampers Only 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date. Cancellations received with less than 24 hours notice will be charged at 50% of the total order value. We are unable to cancel orders that are already prepared and are with our courier for delivery.
