Cancellation Policy

Should you need to cancel your order within 24hours of the shipping date, your money will be refunded within 2-3 business days.

We are unable to cancel orders that are already prepared and are with our courier for delivery.

Returns & Refunds Procedure

1. If your hamper is delivered with our 'Same Day' courier service and the recipient is not available to accept the delivery, the hamper will be returned to us and we will contact you to arrange a suitable date for a redelivery. A redelivery fee of $14.95 will apply.

2. If your hamper is being delivered outside of our 'Same Day' delivery territory and the recipient is not available to accept the delivery, the hamper will be delivered to the nearest Australia Post and a calling card will be left in the mailbox so that the recipient can pick up their hamper at a suitable time.

3. Please note that hampers containing alcohol cannot, by law, be left unattended at the front door.

4. Should you need to cancel your during transit, we will attempt to arrange for your hamper to be returned to our warehouse. If the return is successfull, you will be refunded in full minus the delivery fee(s). Please note that we will process your refund immediately however it may take 2-3 business days for you to receive the money back in your account. 

5. At Hampers Only we pride ourselves on the quality of our products and services, however if your gift has been damaged prior to receipt please contact Customer Service team within 5 business days on (02) 8415 9208 and we will arrange for a new hamper to be sent out to you immediately. We will not ask you to return the damaged hamper, we will simply replace it.

All refunds for orders placed online or over the telephone are credited back  to the original credit card  used to purchase the hamper or to the paypal account, if this form of payment has been used. Refunds for in-store purchases may be processed through the original credit card for which the order was purchased or by EFTPOS only. A voucher to the same amount paid will be issued for all cash purchases.
